Douglas W. Zochodne, M.D.
Professor in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Calgary; Director of the faculty’s Neuromuscular Clinic; and Director of Clinical Neurophysiology (Adult EMG) for Alberta Health Services. Dr. Zochodne is founder of the Peripheral Nerve Research Laboratory (Zochodne Laboratory) at the University and a recognized Scientist at the Alberta Heritage Foundation for Medical Research in Edmonton, Alberta. He graduated from Medical School at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario in 1980 and is President of the Peripheral Nerve Society.
Gregory Kline, M.D.
Clinical Associate Professor of Endocrinology, Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Calgary; Associate Medical Director of the Foothills Osteoporosis Centre in Calgary; and staff member at both the Calgary Health Region and the city’s Tom Baker Cancer Centre. Dr. Kline graduated from medical school at the University of Western Ontario in 1996. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Eric E. Smith, M.D.
Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Calgary; Assistant Professor of Neurology; Joint Assistant Professor of Community Health Sciences; and Joint Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Calgary. Dr. Smith is also Director of the Cognitive Neurosciences Clinic at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary. He gained his medical degree from Montreal’s McGill University in 1998 and is a Fellow of the American Heart Association (AHA) and on the executive committee of the ACCF/AHA Task Force on Clinical Guidelines.
Michael D. Hill, M.D., M.Sc.
Associate Dean of Clinical Research and Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Calgary, and Directory of the Stroke Unit at the Calgary Stroke Program. Dr. Hill graduated with his medical degree from the University of Ottawa in 1993 and received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Calgary in 2003. He is presently on the editorial boards of Stroke, Neurology, and the Canadian Journal of Neurological Sciences.
