We are currently offering free shipping for all orders placed via the website until 31st December 2012. After this date, there will be a charge for postage and package. Details of the applicable rates can be found by clicking on the Delivery and Rates section of the website. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. Books can be couriered for guaranteed quicker delivery but this will incur an additional charge.
VAT on online book orders
VAT will be added to your online book orders where applicable. European union customers will be exempt from paying VAT on the proviso that a valid VAT number is supplied when requested. Failure to provide a valid number may result in VAT being added to your order. For any queries please contact the customer service department direct.
Returns & Replacements
Informa Healthcare operates a firm sale policy with no returns on book orders correctly fulfilled. Customers who receive incorrect copies of any books can return them free of charge. Please notify the relevant customer service team and a replacement copy will then be dispatched. Customers who receive damaged goods may be asked to provide evidence of the damage. Once we are satisfied the book is damaged irrevocably then a replacement copy will be despatched. For any queries regarding damaged or incorrectly delivered books, please contact the relevant customer service office immediately.
Updating Account Information
To place an order via this website you must first create a user account. Once this has been set up you will receive an email confirmation with details of your login and password. It is important to keep your login and password details confidential. You must login in order to be able to place an order via the website. If whilst placing an order you are "timed out" of the system and logged out, then simply log back in. All items previously placed in your shopping cart will have been retained. You will then be able to complete the order or you continue shopping before completing the order.
You can update the information and password on your account at any time. Simply login, update the relevant details and click save. Your new details will then be updated. .
