Carol Paton is Chief Pharmacist, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in southeast London; Joint Head, the Prescribing Observatory for Mental Health; and Honorary Research Fellow, Imperial College, London, UK. She has contributed as author and editor to several textbooks and has published widely her research findings.

Shitij Kapur is Professor of Schizophrenia, Imaging and Therapeutics, the Institute of Psychiatry, King´s College, London, UK.
