Robert W Hurst MD is Professor of Radiology, Neurosurgery, and Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, Philadelphia, and Director of Interventional Neuroradiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, Professor Hurst received his MD from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. After completing residencies in both Neurology and Radiology, he underwent fellowship training in Diagnostic Neuroradiology and Interventional Neuroradiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University. Dr Hurst has served as consultant, member, and Chairman of the Neurological Devices Panel of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Robert H Rosenwasser is the Jewell L. Osterholm Professor and Chair of Neurological Surgery, Professor of Radiology, and Director of the Division of Neurovascular Surgery, Interventional Neuroradiology at Jefferson Medical School, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Professor Rosenwasser received his MD from Louisiana State University, Shreveport. He completed a residency in Neurosurgery at Temple University Hospital, followed by fellowships in neurovascular surgery at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and interventional neuroradiology at New York University. Professor Rosenwasser is recognized as one of the world leaders uniquely specialized as both a cerebrovascular neurosurgeon and interventional neuroradiologist.
