Wadsworth Research Professor of Ophthalmology, Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, and is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic Pathology and Neuropathology and a Fellow of the American College of Pathologists. Dr. Klintworth has also edited both previous editions of Pathobiology of Ocular Disease in conjunction with Dr. Garner, and has published over 200 peer reviewed articles related to ophthalmic diseases, with the main focus pertaining to inherited corneal diseases.
- Alec Garner, Professor and Director of Pathology, Institute of Ophthalmology, London, UK, and Honorary Consultant Pathologist, Moorfields Eye Hospital, London. Recently retired Dr. Garner has edited both previous editions of Pathobiology of Ocular Disease in conjunction with Dr Klintworth, and in 2004 he was elected Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. With over 200 papers published and continuing to be a strong voice in the field of ocular disease.
