LEON BARNES is Chief of the Division of Head and Neck Pathology, Associate Director for Skull Base Pathology at the Center for Cranial Base Surgery, Co-director of Anatomic Pathology Services and Professor of Pathology and Otolaryngology, the University of Pittsburgh, and Surgical Pathologist, Presbyterian University Hospital and the Eye and Ear Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. Barnes also serves as Director of the Head and Neck Pathology and Surgical Pathology Fellowship programs and Co-director of the Dermatopathology Fellowship program at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Barnes obtained his M.D. from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. He is an active member of the Pittsburgh Cancer Institute and a valued consultant in head and neck pathology for FindCancerExperts.com. Dr. Barnes is also a founding member of the North American Society of Head and Neck Pathology and has been a frequent honoree on the “Best Doctors in America” list for ENT pathology.
